Иммуномодулирующее и противоопухолевое действие препаратов чистотела на опухоли головного мозга

Abstract

В тестах in vitro доказано дозозависимое влияние препаратов чистотела (амитозина и украина) на активированные молекулы лимфоцитов (CD25, CD95) и HLA-DR антиген. На модели экспериментальной злокачественной глиомы мозга крысы (штамм 101.8) изучена противоопухолевая активность препаратов чистотела, противоопухолевый эффект зависит от схемы и сроков введения препаратов. Украин, как и цисплатин, увеличивает продолжительность жизни животных с экспериментальной глиомой.

У тестах in vitro доведений дозозалежний вплив препаратів чистотілу (амітозину і україну) на активовані молекули лімфоцитів (CD25, CD95) і HLA-DR антиген. На моделі експериментальної злоякісної гліоми мозку щура (штам 101.8) вивчена протипухлинна активність препаратів чистотілу, протипухлинний ефект залежить від схеми і строків введення препаратів. Україн, як і цисплатин, збільшує тривалість життя тварин з експериментальною гліомою.
