Abstract

This article shows the first steps towards the establishment and implementation of automated production control systems in the industry of the USSR. It is characterized by social and economic consequences of the proliferation of such systems and their impact on improving efficiency and management culture. The emphasis is placed on the analysis of the authorities of the Krasnodar Territory and Rostov Region in guiding those new to the time direction of scientific and technological progress. The paper considers the successes and shortcomings in the creation and implementation of automated management systems in enterprises and instrumentation engineering Kuban and Don rivers.

В статье впервые показаны первые шаги по созданию и внедрению автоматизированных систем управления производством в промышленности СССР. Охарактеризованы социально-экономические последствия распространения таких систем, их влияние на повышение эффективности и культуры управления. Основное внимание уделено анализу деятельности органов власти Краснодарского края и Ростовской области по руководству этим новым для того времени направлением научно-технического прогресса. В статье рассмотрены успехи и недостатки в создании и внедрении автоматизированных систем управления на предприятиях приборостроения и машиностроения Кубани и Дона.
