Abstract

To provide a comparative analysis of quality of life of patients in 1 day after laparoscopic and retroperitoneoscopic operations in 98 patients with renal cysts. aterials and methods. Laparoscopic approach was used in 42 (42,7%) patients and retroperitoneoscopic in 56 (53,3%). After laparoscopic surgeries the amount of narcotic analgesics was used more often than after retroperitoneoscopic surgery. Physical activity (in points) was 3,2 ± 0,16 in patients after laparoscopic operations on both sides in first day, in a group of patients with unilateral operations 2,8 ± 0,14, and -1,4±0,10 (p
