
В статье выделены современные тенденции систем компенсации в современных организациях. Рассмотрены аспекты формирования вознаграждения персонала организации, обозначена зависимость влияния различных факторов в условиях финансово-экономического кризиса и дефицита материальных ресурсов. Проанализированы основные аспекты мотивации труда персонала в отечественных компаниях.
The author identifies modern trends in compensation systems at modern enterprises. Various aspects of personnel reward system and correlation of various factors with regard to financial and economic crisis, lack of financial resources and personnel incentives at national enterprises are considered in the article.
