Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме противодействия проявлениям безответственности персонала в сфере малого предпринимательства. По мнению автора, наиболее эффективным является механизм сочетания коллективной заинтересованности работников и их коллективной ответственности за результаты своей работы

The article is devoted to the resistance to the irresponsibility of personnel in small businesses. The author believes that the most effective mechanism is a combination of collective interest and collective responsibility for the performance of the primary production teams.
