Abstract

The new aspects of the stratification of society, associated with the information and cultural criteria are analyzed; two of the leading criteria such as access to information resources and the quality of their use are highlighted.

Анализируются новые аспекты расслоения общества, связанные с информационно-культурными критериями, и выделяются два ведущих критерия: доступ к информационным ресурсам и качество их использования.
