Abstract

In the article is considered the question on possibility of the independent procedure in court of the second instance of decisions and definitions about refusal in satisfaction of petitions for change of a preventive punishment in the form of secure placement on softer.

Рассматривается вопрос о возможности самостоятельного обжалования в суде второй инстанции постановлений и определений суда об отказе в удовлетворении ходатайств об изменении меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на более мягкую.
