Abstract

The article points the revival of public interest to the collegial organization of power within an authoritarian from of government provided by the power of the party leader and the patriarch. Moreover, the Soviet government is treated as a specific rule of collegiality, which in combination with the ecclesiastical authorities could divert the USSR from building communism and direct it to the national-historical model of power.
