Abstract

In the article the questions directed on the solution of the scientific problem connected with improvement and development of new approaches to management of expenses, to effective use of traditional tools are considered and also there are presented technologies of realization of the main of them for the solution of functional problems of management of expenses created on the basis of special tools and the executed groups of operations (the account, control, the analysis, the forecast, etc.) on each of the studied methods. The hypothetical model of management of expenses allowing to coordinate components of a contour of maximum permissible expenses for management of these expenses in any cut is constructed. The methodical recommendations about creation of a contour of maximum permissible expenses allowing to put into practice basic provisions of the concept of management of expenses with use of the developed contour are made.
