Интегральная оценка конкурентоспособности муниципальных районов Новгородской области

Abstract

The detailed analysis of the results of different investigations on the Novgorod region is performed and the algorithm for estimating the competitiveness level is defined. On the basis of statistical data district grouping by the level of economic development and living standards is made and particular socio-economic development of the region is determined. The main types of districts are singled out and characterized by the level of competitiveness. Conditions and factors influencing on the level of district competitiveness are formulated and tendencies of polarized development of the region is identifi ed.

В статье проведен подробный анализ результатов экономических исследований по Новгородской области и определен алгоритм оценки уровня конкурентоспособности. На основе статистических данных осуществлена группировка районов по уровню экономического развития и уровню жизни, а также определены особенности социально-экономического развития региона. Выделены и охарактеризованы основные типы районов по уровню конкурентоспособности. Сформулированы условия и факторы, оказывающие влияние на уровень конкурентоспособности районов и выявлены тенденции поляризованного развития региона.
