Построение групповой экспертной оценки качественных показателей сложных технических систем

Abstract

В статье предлагается модель построения групповой экспертной оценки сложных технических систем, позволяющая максимально учесть информацию, полученную от каждого эксперта, контролируя при этом согласованность этой информации.An expert group model for evaluation of qualitative characteristics of complex technical systems is suggested in this paper. The model allows to take into account the individual expert information and to control the consistency of information.
