
In 5 years 17 patients after laparoscopic selective proximal gastric vagotomy and 30 patients after laparoscopic combined gastric vagotomy were examined. Helicobacter pylori infection incidence in groups comprised 94,1 % and 90 % consequently. Ulcer recurrence was not observed. Statistically significant acid production inhibition was noticed; there were no evacuation disorders observed in both groups. Quality of life in operated patients did not differ from the one of relatively healthy people.
Обследованы через 5 лет 17 пациентов после лапароскопической селективной проксимальной ваготомии и 30 пациентов после лапароскопической комбинированной ваготомии. Зараженность Helicobacter pylori в группах была 94,1 % и 90 %. Рецидива язвенной болезни не выявлено. Сохранено статистически значимое угнетение кислотопродукции, в обеих группах эвакуаторные нарушения не обнаружены. Качество жизни оперированных пациентов не отличалось от условно здоровых людей.
