Abstract

В статье приводятся программные, правовые и концептуальные документы, определяющие основные направления развития аварийно-спасательных технических средств и результаты их реализации. Определены проблемные вопросы внедрения, контроля качества продукции и пути их решения.

Article gives policy, legal and conceptual documents, defining the main directions of rescue technique improvement and the results of their realization.
