Abstract

The concept of social responsibility of business is today not only a development tool of competitive advantages of the separate companies, but also a necessary condition of harmonious satisfaction of interests and requirements of the population, business and the state. In this regard in article strategic and tactical questions of creation of socially oriented management are considered.

Концепция социальной ответственности бизнеса сегодня является не только средством развития конкурентных преимуществ отдельных компаний, но и необходимым условием гармоничного удовлетворения интересов и потребностей населения, бизнеса и государства. В этой связи в статье рассматриваются стратегические и тактические вопросы построения социально-ориентированного менеджмента.
