Общественный антикоррупционный контроль как механизм противодействия коррупции

Abstract

В современной России важнейшим средством противостояния коррупции должно стать ограничение коррупционной практики государственных и муниципальных органов. К таким ограничениям можно отнести контроль за властью со стороны граждан и структур гражданского общества. В статье рассматривается проблема эффективности взаимодействия институтов гражданского общества и государства в сфере противодействия коррупции, исследуются формы и механизмы общественного антикоррупционного контроля, реальные практики и проблемы участия институтов гражданского общества в антикоррупционной политике.

In modern Russia, the most important tool against corruption should be a limit corrupt practices of state and municipal authorities. Such restrictions may include control of power on the part of citizens and civil society structures. The problem of efficiency of interaction between civil society and the state in the sphere of combating corruption, explores forms and mechanisms of public anti-corruption control, the real problems of practice and participation of civil society in anti-corruption policy.
