Abstract

In the paper the investigation has been carried out by the author of legal relationship on the procedure for children without parental support who were boarded out. Moreover, the paper analyzed the board organizations to the privacy and public interested in. On basis of a scientific analysis it has been necessary to amplify the RF Family Code by a provision of interests are relevant in law. The above interests should be consulted on the procedure for children without parental support who were boarded out.

В статье автор рассматривает правоотношения по устройству в организации детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, анализирует содержание частного и публичного интересов в них. На основе научного анализа обосновывается позиция о необходимости дополнения Семейного кодекса РФ нормой, определяющей перечень юридически значимых интересов, которые необходимо учитывать при устройстве ребенка в организации для детей, оставшихся без родительского попечения.
