Abstract

The present paper contains an analysis of reasons of mergers and acquisitions in industry. Main risks of mergers and acquisitions, as well as methods of their minimization are described.

В статье выполнен анализ причин слияний и поглощений в промышленности. Описаны основные риски, связанные со слияниями и поглощениями, а также методы их минимизации.
