
The article deals with organizational culture as a factor of competitiveness in entrepreneurial activities. The necessity to apply quantitative approach to the assessment of organizational culture development is shown. The level of organizational culture development is assessed through the example of some companies and its influence on the efficiency of organization's entrepreneurial activities is shown.
Рассматривается организационная культура как фактор конкурентоспособности в предпринимательской деятельности. Показана необходимость применения количественного подхода к оценке развития организационной культуры организации. На примере ряда компаний оценен уровень развития организационной культуры и показано его влияние на эффективность предпринимательской деятельности организации.
