Abstract

Solution of the problem of stressed-strained state of the ribbed shells under static loading in the discrete production compared with the continuous production. It is shown that for shells without notches solution for teaching discrete simulation of edges converge to a solution of the continuum model, and in the presence of notches continuum model gives too high stress.
