Abstract

During the research we made up the definition of “organizational culture of a pharmacy”, formed its basic elements. One of the stages of our research consisted in the expert assessment of the value of each structural element of organizational culture of a pharmacy by the heads of pharmacies. As a result of the research we structured two directions of the formation of organizational culture of a pharmacy, based on the received hierarchy: “formation hierarchy”, “development hierarchy”.
