Abstract

Рассмотрены тенденции социально-экономического развития Приморского края в современных условиях развития национальной экономики России. Основное внимание уделено задачам по формированию транспортно-логистического комплекса региона для закрепления и реализации им своей территориальной транспортно-логистической и транзитной функций. Важное место уделено задачам, а также различным аспектам формирования и направлениям решения перспективного социально-экономического и политического проекта России на Дальнем Востоке - созданию порто-франко Владивосток. Центральное место в этом проекте занимают существующие проблемам создания порто-франко - экономические, социальные, организационные, инфраструктурные, политические, правовые и др., а также противоречия федеральных и региональных интересов и их законодательное регулирование, в частности, взаимодействие с создаваемыми в Приморском крае «территориями опережающего развития» (ТОРами).

Considers tendencies of economic and social development of Primorsky Krai in modern conditions of the national economy of Russia. Main attention is paid, but the task of forming a transport and logistics complex of the region forover-fixing and implementing them their territorial transport and logistics functions. Prominently on the challenges, as well as various aspects of the formation and directions solutions perspective of social and economic and political project of Russia in the Far East the creation of a free port of Vladivostok. Central to this project takes the existing problems of creation of a free port economic, social, organizational, infrastructural, political, legal, etc., as well as the contradictions of the federal and regional interests and their legal regulators of-regulation, in particular, the interaction with the created in the Primorsky Krai «territories of priority development».
