Аналіз фіксаційних елементів резекційних протезів верхньої щелепи. Динаміка втрати опорних зубів

Abstract

Проведен анализ фиксирующих элементов резекционных протезов после односторонней резекции верхней челюсти. Установлена динамика потери опорных зубов при функционировании различных фиксирующих элементов. Наиболее неблагоприятными для фиксации резекционных протезов являются опорно-удерживающие кламмера и балочная система фиксации без шинирования подвижных зубов.

The analysis of the fixing resection prostheses elements after unilateral upper jaw resection was done. The dynamics of abutment teeth loss in the functioning of various fixing elements was established. The most unfavorable for the resection prostheses fixation are the supportingretaining clamp and girder fixing system without splinting mobile teeth .
