Статья посвящена систематизации информации о методах инженерного проектирования одежды 19 века. На основании анализа представленных в исторических источниках методических разработок, определены при менявшиеся на практике принципы получения исходных данных и методы конструирования, выявлены хронологические границы их применения и взаимообусловленность.

The article is devoted to organizing information about the clothes engineering methods of the 19th century. Based on the analysis presented in the historical sources techniques, the obtaining baseline data and design methods applied in practice principles are determined, chronological limits of their application and interdependence are identified.
