Агросектор региона в 2010 году

Abstract

The article is focused on the socio-economic development of agricultural organizations in the Vologda region. On the basis of the questionnaire among the directors of the agricultural organizations the author reveals the main factors which restrain their development. They are the following: price disparity in the intersectoral interchange in the agro industrial complex, the shortage of budgetary supporting, the underdevelopment of credit relations, the imperfection of the management and etc. The author offers the set of the practices which could improve the situation in the agricultural sector.

В статье представлено социально-экономическое состояние сельхозорганизаций Вологодской области по результатам проведённого в 2011 г. анкетного опроса руководителей предприятий агросектора. Выявлены основные факторы, сдерживающие их развитие, диспаритет цен в межотраслевом обмене АПК, недостаточность бюджетной поддержки, неразвитость кредитных отношений, несовершенство системы управления и др. Предлагается набор действий, который, по мнению автора, обеспечит улучшение ситуации в сельскохозяйственной отрасли.
