Спайсовая наркомания: причины распространения и меры противодействия

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с оборотом на потребительском рынке Российской Федерации курительных смесей, содержащих в своем составе наркотические средства и психотропные вещества либо их синтетические аналоги; исследуются причины их распространения и потребления гражданами наркотикосодержащих миксов, а также предлагаются меры (организационные, правовые, технические, просветительные и иные) по противодействию обороту опасных для здоровья курительных смесей.

This article discusses issues related to trafficking of smoking mixtures, containing narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or their synthetic analogues in the consumer market of the Russian Federation. The authors study the causes of distribution and consumption of narcotic mixtures by citizens and propose measures (organizational, legal, technical, educational and others) to combat trafficking in smoking mixtures hazardous to health.
