Abstract

The model of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of health programs has been developed using semantic modeling and relational algebra to develop a web-oriented program management information system with M&E functions. M&E of programs methodological approaches are presented, the composition, functions and algorithms of developed software are described. Results of management systems introduction for a number of programs in Russian health are showed.
