Abstract

It is studied immunomodulator influences likopid on structure of populations of Escherichia coli on virulence signs (haemolytic, fibrinolytic, lysozime activity) and persistence (antilysozime and anticomplement activity) at development of an experimental infection in the conditions of the long continuous influence of a magnetic field of the increased intensity comparable to a geomagnetic field of the region of Kursk magnetic anomaly. It is established that application for the purpose of immuno-correction likopid leads to decrease in weight of a course of the infectious process, shown in less expressed amount of microorganisms on the spleen, is accompanied by an elimination from structure of population of the activator of the cages possessing factors of a virulence. The increase in heterogenecity of population of Escherichia coli on such signs of a persistence as antilysozime and anticomplement activity allows to treat it as reduction of ability to its persistence in an organism of an animal is thus observed.
