Abstract

The essence and organization of operative control while procedure of training lesson in aerobic endurance is done in the article. The reaction of students-girls organism to the training ergophysiologic regime is studied. It is scored that effective activity of specialists on physical training is possible only on the basis of a scientific substantiation of training conditions in development of velocity persistence.
