In article attempt of revealing of specificity of economic relations in the regional market of primary habitation, research of their evolution, allocation of stages of development of the given relations according to change of structure of subjects and character of their activity, ordering of the factors constraining their development, definitions of perspective directions and corresponding toolkit of development of economic relations in the regional market of primary habitation is undertaken.

В статье предпринята попытка выявления специфики экономических отношений на региональном рынке первичного жилья, исследования их эволюции, выделения этапов развития данных отношений в соответствии с изменением состава субъектов и характера их деятельности, систематизации факторов, сдерживающих их развитие, определения перспективных направлений и соответствующего инструментария развития экономических отношений на региональном рынке первичного жилья.
