Abstract

This article covers the role the Russian diplomatic and consular service in Eastern countries played in the regulation of Russian foreign trade in the first third of the XIX century. The author analyzes some documents of Russian diplomats which contain characteristics of Russia's economic and trade relations with adjacent Asian states and the economic situation in their countries of residence.

Статья посвящена определению роли дипломатической и консульской службы в странах Востока в регулировании внешней торговли Российской империи в первой трети XIX века. Приведен анализ документов российских дипломатов, посвященных характеристике торгово-экономических связей России с сопредельными государствами Азии, а также экономической ситуации в стране своего пребывания.
