Questions of the responsibility of the sides, as a whole, and their mutual responsibility are examined by way of an establishment of interstate relations and their realization within the framework of international law. The analysis of the conceptual device is lead out in the view of development of a problem of interstate relations and the right in a historical context. On the basis of use of the integrated approach the urgency of overlapping of moral understanding of the mutual responsibility with its politic-legal value that follows from unity of objective and subjective spaces in which are developed interstate and interpersonal relations of the states and their official representatives is shown.

Рассматриваются вопросы ответственности сторон, в целом, и их взаимной ответственности в плане установления межгосударственных отношений и их осуществления в рамках международного права. Анализ понятийного аппарата проведен с учётом развития проблемы межгосударственных отношений и права в историческом контексте. На основе использования интегрального подхода п оказана актуальность совмещения нравственного понимания взаимной ответственности с её политико-правовым значением, что вытекает из единства объективных и субъективных пространств, в которых разворачиваются межгосударственные и межличностные отношений государств и их официальных представителей.
