Abstract

The work contains the results of the experiment that aimed at revealing the direct and indirect evaluation of words in different situational context for 4 groups of people: pregnant women (at risk for miscarriage and without it), not pregnant women and men. It was expected that the increase of the personal importance of words will lead to «extension» of the evaluation of the register, increase in amplitude of estimation both positive, and negative words (effect of polarity of estimations) on two methods. The effect of polarity basically for a direct estimation of significant words is statistically confirmed. Polarity of a direct estimation in relation to indirect in all groups is revealed the fact of comprehension polarizes estimations.
