Abstract

The paper dwells upon topical organizational and legal bases of guarantee of rights of indigenous minorities of the Far North as exemplified by Krasnoyarskiy region. Theoretical significance of the article is constituted by the conclusions that are of practical importance for indigenous minorities.

Статья отражает актуальные в нынешнее время организационно-правовые основы гарантирования прав коренных малочисленных народов Севера на примере Красноярского края. Выводы представляют практический интерес для субъектов России, где проживают коренные малочисленные народы.
