In this work we consider the concept of an ownership interest in the insurance liabilities, analyze its nature and characteristic recognizes, specific manifestations in different branches of insurance. We highlight the relationship and interdependence of property and insurance interests.

Рассмотрено понятие имущественного интереса в страховых обязательствах, проанализированы его сущность и характерные признаки, особенности проявления в разных отраслях страхования. Раскрыты соотношение и взаимообусловленность имущественного и страхового интересов.
