В статье анализируется процесс формирования целостного института преддоговорной ответственности на основании ряда ограничительных положений Германского гражданского уложения, ведущую роль в котором была отведена правоприменительной практике

The article is dedicated to the research of a doctrine "culpa in contrahendo" based on number of stricts in the German Civil Code in which the main role was given to law enforcement procedure.
