Abstract

Practice of development and introduction of professional standards of Russia is considered in the article. The analysis of approaches is conducted in creation of professional standards of state structures, business-association, other parties concerned. The prospects of development of theme of professional standards are described and problems are marked, requiring a decision in the nearest prospect.

Рассмотрена практика разработки и внедрения профессиональных стандартов России. Проведен анализ подходов к созданию профессиональных стандартов государственных структур, бизнес-сообщества, других заинтересованных сторон. Описаны перспективы развития темы профессиональных стандартов и отмечены проблемы, требующие решения в ближайшей перспективе.
