
В статье представлена система нормативной оценки формы выражения содержания в документах. При построении системы автор исходил из того, что аксиологические параметры документов (показатели качества и критерии оценки качества) детерминированы телеологической функцией практического использования информации. Определяющим требованием к форме содержания установлена доступность для восприятия интегративная характеристика, аккумулирующая требования ясности, наглядности, краткости, грамотности, корректности и стереотипности.
The article presents a system of normative evaluation of content presentation in documents. Forming a system the author studied axiological characteristics of documents (quality indicators and quality criteria) which are determined by the teleological function of practical use. The important requirement for the form of content is the availability for the perception integrative characteristic accumulating the demands of clarity, briefness, visibility, literacy, correctness and stereotyping.
