Abstract

Advanced training of specialists with specific competences for the development of hydrocarbon deposits of the Arctic territories is considered to be a priority task. It is being accomplished in NArFU by means of creating educational, research and development, and engineering structure on the basis of specialized laboratory equipment as well as training methods with the use of modern innovative knowledge and field development technologies.
