Abstract

The article presents a theoretical model of wages based on a synthesis of Marxist, neoclassical and institutional approaches to determining rents. Wages in the model considered as rental income factor of production «human capital». Quality of human capital and the conditions for its implementation determine the amount of rent. Wages of the employee includes absolute, differential and monopoly rents.
