After the breakup of the Habsburg Empire in 1918 it was important to create legitimate national unit of the new country German Austria. It was necessary to form new government body and a system of government to have the Basic Law Constitution. The article is devoted to the analysis of preparation and conduct of the elections to the constituent national assembly of the German Austria.

После распада империи Габсбургов в 1918 г. необходимо было создать легитимный общенациональный орган новой страны «Немецкой Австрии». Для формирования новых органов власти, создания стройной системы управления необходимо было принять Основной закон Конституцию. Данная статья посвящена анализу подготовки и проведения выборов в Учредительное национальное собрание «Немецкой Австрии».
