Борьба с компьютерной преступностью в Японии

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные тенденции развития компьютерной преступности в Японии, еe количественные и качественные характеристики и особенности, основные законодательные акты, а также опыт работы правоохранительных органов по организации противодействия компьютерной преступности.

The paper examines the main trends in the development computer crime in Japan, its qualitative and quantitative characteristics and features, legislation as well as experience of law-enforcement bodies to combat computer crime.
