Abstract

В статье анализируются существующие подходы к понятию постпенитенциарных мер безопасности. Автор исследует смежные с постпенитенциарными мерами безопасности категории, дает свое понимание их соотношения. Исследуется место постпенитенциарных мер безопасности в системе мер безопасности и мер уголовно-правового принуждения.
