Педагогическое обеспечение развития сетевых разновозрастных сообществ в современном образовании

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено неформальное сетевое образование как новый объект управления. Дано понятие о педагогическом обеспечении неформального образования разновозрастных сетевых сообществ. Показано, что ресурсы среды становятся средством для развития личности участников сетевых сообществ, а они, в свою очередь, являются и средством педагогического обеспечения, и его результатом.The authors concern non-formal networking education as a new object to manage. They give the concept of pedagogical support of non-formal education of different-age network communities. It is shown that environment resources are the means of personal development of network participants, and the participants' personal features become the means of pedagogical support and its result at the same time
