Модель кругооборота реализации потенциала инновационного развития территории

Abstract

С целью методологического определения процесса накопления и реализации потенциала развития территорий в условиях реальной и базовых возможностей постиндустриального роста их конкурентоспособности предлагается модель кругооборота перемещения потенциала инновационного развития территорий, анализируется социальная пирамида и государственное управление социально-трудовой сферы в России.

The model of circulation of territory development is offered for the purpose of methodological definition of accumulation process and realisation of potential of territory development under the conditions of real and base possibilities of postindustrial growth of territories' competitiveness, social «pyramid» and state administration of social-working sphere in Russia is analyzed.
