Использование новых полимерных материалов для упаковки полуфабрикатов из мяса птицы

Abstract

Изучено влияние новых многослойных полимерных упаковочных материалов на основные технологические, физико-химические и качественные показатели полуфабрикатов из мяса птицы. Установлено, что применение новых полимерных упаковочных материалов позволяет сохранить высокие качественные показатели мяса птицы в течение длительного срока, превышающего нормативный срок хранения данного вида продукции.
