Некоторые аспекты реализации принципа федерализма на юге России

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и особенности государственного устройства Российской Федерации; сложности становления и особенности развития конституционных основ федерализма на Северном Кавказе. Особо исследуются модели федерализма в России. Автором также разбираются проблемы равноправия субъектов в Российской Федерации и перспективы дальнейшего существования их в обстановке мира и дружелюбия.This article discusses the problem and especially the Government of the Russian Federation; problems of formation and development of the constitutional bases of federalism in the North Caucasus. Particularly explores models of federalism in Russia. The author also discusses the problem of equality of subjects of the Russian Federation and the prospects for their continued existence in peace and amity.
