Проблемы стимулирования развития сельскохозяйственного производства

Abstract

В статье обозначены главные причины кризисного состояния сель скохозяйственного производства, обосновываются состав и характер функционирования факторов, оказывающих существенное влияние на эффективное развитие этой сферы экономики. Доказывается, что на современном этапе институциональных измене ний реальное положительное влияние на результаты хозяйствования может оказать только оптимальное сочетание государственных и рыночных механизмов стимулирования, которые должны строго учитывать особенности объекта воздействия – сельскохозяйственного произ водства.

The paper deals with the main reasons for critical state of agricultural industry, evaluates structure and character of factors that have impact on efficient development of this sphere of economy. The author characterizes agricultural industry and proves that only optimal combination of state and market mechanisms of stimulation can have positive impact at present stage of institutional changes.
