Abstract

Basing on wide range of historical sources including data from the Russian State Historical Archive the research considers cooperation of the authorities in forming the Kirghiz land tenure and in providing the migrants with the plots of the land. The article reveals the role of the land problem in the national politics in the Steppe Region and Turkestan General-Governorate at the turn of the XIX–XX centuries.

На основе широкого круга исторических источников (включая материалы Российского государственного исторического архива) рассматривается взаимодействие органов управления по формированию норм киргизского землепользования и выделению земельных участков для переселенцев, раскрывается роль земельного вопроса в национальной политике в Степном крае и Туркестанском генерал-губернаторстве на рубеже XIX–XX вв.
