Проблемы использования результатов оперативно-разыскной деятельности в уголовном процессе России

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема легализации в уголовном процессе сведений, полученных в результате оперативно-разыскной деятельности. Данные вопросы имеют высокую степень актуальности, теоретическую и практическую значимость, поскольку не урегулированы должным образом в законе.

We consider the problem of legalization in the criminal procedure of the data received as a result of investigative operations. These issues are highly relevant, theoretically and practically important, but they have not been properly regulated in the law.
