Abstract

Cervical myofascial syndromes are widely discussed in the literature, but mainly pain aspects are considered. Myofascial syndrome as a trigger of vertigo, deafness and tinnitus is mentioned rare. The article presents a case report of trigger point in sternocleidomastoid muscle that provokes vestibular dizziness. The article presents management opportunities that help to reach positive effect. The possible causes of such unusual symptom are discussed.
